However, termination of your licence does not entitle you to a refund.

Important Note: Digital products are fundamentally different from physical goods: once a file is downloaded, it cannot be returned. Because of this non‑returnable nature, policies for returns and cancellations are more restrictive than those for physical products.

Digital Products – Strictly No Refund

Once a purchase is completed and the files have been delivered, we cannot accept cancellations, returns, or refunds for any digital products. This policy applies regardless of the reason for the refund request.

• No cancellations: After your payment is processed and the download link is delivered, all sales are final.
• No refunds: We do not offer refunds or exchanges because digital goods cannot be returned or deactivated once accessed. This is a strict policy with no exceptions except as required by mandatory law.
• No exceptions: Change of mind, dissatisfaction, compatibility issues, accidental purchases, or any other reason does not entitle you to a refund for digital products.

Instead, our delivery process works as follows:

1. Instant Download: After your payment is processed, download links are available immediately on the confirmation page and sent to your registered email address.
2. Email Delivery: We send the download link to the email address you provide during checkout. Please ensure you enter a valid email address.
3. Account Access: If you create an account at AHTE VERSE, your purchased files may be available in your account dashboard for future downloads.
4. 24/7 Availability: You can download your files at any time (subject to any reasonable download limits). There is no need to wait for a physical shipment.
5. Pre‑Orders: If you purchase a Digital Product that is listed as a pre‑order, the download link will be emailed to you when the product is released. The release date will be indicated on the product page.

Technical Requirements

To download and use our Digital Products successfully, you will need:

• Internet connection: An active internet connection is required to download your files.
• Sufficient storage: Ensure you have enough storage space on your device to save the files.
• Appropriate software: For some products you may need specific software (such as a PDF reader, e‑book reader or ZIP extraction tool) to open the file.

No Physical Shipping

Since our products are delivered digitally, there are no shipping fees, taxes or customs duties, and no waiting period for physical delivery. By purchasing from AHTE VERSE you acknowledge that you will not receive any tangible goods.

Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms that is due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, pandemics, epidemics, network or internet failures, strikes, or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.

If a force majeure event occurs, we will use reasonable efforts to notify you and will resume performance as soon as reasonably possible once the force majeure event has ended.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal, and enforceable. If such modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect, and the validity, legality, and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cancellation & Refund Policy, and Shipping & Delivery Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and AHTE VERSE regarding your use of our website and the purchase and use of Digital Products. These Terms supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, proposals, and agreements, whether oral or written, between you and AHTE VERSE.

No modification, amendment, or waiver of any provision of these Terms shall be effective unless in writing and signed by both parties, except as otherwise provided herein.
